India "Varanasi"

After completing an incredible ten day commercial project for HP in Mumbai and Bangalore, Justin and the team couldn't believe their luck: Diwali, the festival of lights, was just about to begin! Diwali is one of the major festivals celebrated in India. It symbolizes the spiritual "victory of light over darkness, good over evil, and knowledge over ignorance". How could they not stay in the country and experience the beauty and cultural of this magical place? Working with the local production team and his US Producer, Justin quickly put together a plan to travel to Varanasi and shoot a short film celebrating the festival of lights. Sitting on the banks of the historic Ganges River, Varanasi is the holiest city of the seven sacred cities in Hinduism. After quick scout of the location and finalizing talent, the team went to work under the magical lights of Diwali and the vibrant culture of this ancient city. Over two days, the team shot day and night to bring the story to life. We hope you enjoy the film and it provides you a glimpse into this special place in the world.
